I am a student attending San Francisco State University, I'm getting close to graduating as a Finance major. I am looking forward to blogging about current investments and gaining more in depth knowledge of the stock market from my readers. I am getting a late start on investing my money, but I am ready to learn. When I finish school I plan to become a financial analyst and one of these days be a portfolio manager.
Investing can have high returns but also come with high risks. Do you plan to take the CFA once you graduate college? The best finance teacher I've had so far has been my investments teacher. He was so excited about the subject that it really made me want to learn. Have you considered where you'd like to put your money? There are so many options (no pun intended!)but I'm sure if you have a passion for it you can really succeed in that field.
ReplyDeleteI do plan to take the CFA once I graduate, I find it to be a necessity with my future plan and career. The CFA is a fairly long process, but I look forward to it. In terms of investing in stocks or bonds, I am still unsure where I plan to start investing. But hopefully this blog will give me more information for my choice.
DeleteI was also thinking about getting my CFA. What are the steps one needs to take to receive the CFA title?
